Segment 2 Driver's Training L&L Driving School has openings in their segment 2 class November 18-20. Time will be 4:30-6:30 pm and the cost is $80. You need to have logged a minimum of 30 hours drive time and the issue date on your license must be 8/18/2025 or earlier. Students Students - The SAT will be given at Sturgis High school on Saturday, November 8 and Saturday, December 6. If you are interested in taking the SAT please sign up in your College Board account or see the guidance counselors.

Attention Students!! Sturgis Bank is excited to share an opportunity for your students. We are participating in the Lights, Camera, Save! video contest, a national program sponsored by the ABA Foundation and VISA that encourages teens to explore the importance of saving and using money wisely. The contest is open to students ages 13–18, and it is free to enter. Participants will create a short video (up to 90 seconds) showcasing how to be smart about money. From all the entries submitted to Sturgis Bank, one local winner will be selected to move on to the national competition, where they will have a chance to win: 1st Place – $10,000 2nd Place – $5,000 3rd Place – $2,500 We would appreciate your help sharing this opportunity with students, families, and teachers at your school. Poetry Club Poetry Club meeting is this Friday 10/24/2025 in Room 130. (Park's Room) From 2:45pm til 3:30pm. Please bring a poem, either original or published for conversation.

Halloween Costume Contest It will be on Friday, October 31st! Dress to impress (or to scare!) and compete for the awesome prize: AirPods. Costumes must be school-appropriate (no masks covering your whole face, no weapons, and keep it dress code friendly).
Students Students interested in working backstage for the fall play, for costumes, make-up or set, please come to play rehearsal Friday of this week or Monday and Tuesday next week - 3:00 pm in the LGI room. Plan on being at rehearsals until the play on November 7,8 and 9.
Attention The Positive School Culture Club is hosting a Bake Sale next week. We will be selling delicious treats on Thursday morning, before school. We will also sell during both lunch hours on Thursday and Friday.
